Simple and Aligned LLC offers a range of services, including but not limited to: free and paid Skool community tiers, one-to-one coaching, online workshops, online challenges, online summits, and in-person programs at partner organizations. We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any offerings, events, programs, pricing, or dates and location of events and offerings (online or in-person) at any time without notice.

Our content, coaching, programs, and advice (delivered in written format or on video, whether delivered live or recorded, either on our website, Skool, or on social media and other websites or in print) are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not providing therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, and any examples, tips, or strategies shared are for guidance only. Please consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your circumstances. We do not guarantee results from coaching, workshops, online programs, or any online content. Testimonials & Content Usage

By participating in our programs, submitting feedback, or sharing wins, insights, or other content, you grant Simple and Aligned LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your content in marketing, educational, and promotional materials across all media formats. This includes social media (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), newsletters, print materials (brochures, flyers, newspapers, magazines, etc.), blogs and online articles on our site and others (including Medium.com), online courses, workshops, summits, and other platforms now known or later developed. We use this content respectfully and in alignment with our values.

Payments & Billing

We accept payments via Stripe, Skool, and other payment processors. We do not store payment details, but we may have access to billing addresses or phone numbers collected by processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and promptly update any changes to ensure smooth transactions.

Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Contractors & Employees

We may work with independent contractors, third-party vendors, or employees to provide our services and content. These individuals are not our agents, and any work they create for Simple and Aligned LLC remains our property unless otherwise agreed.

Termination & Survival

Your access to services may be terminated at our discretion or if you violate these Terms. Obligations such as payment, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and indemnification survive termination.
